Currently we have structure:
prodoct:x.y-multi and it is a manifest for
product:x.y - amd64 arch
product:x.y-amr - arm64 arch

We need to rework this and get the following:
product:x.y - manifest for multi-arch docker
product:x.y-amd64 - for amd64 arch
product:x.y-arm64 - for arm64 arch.

We need to rework all our pipelines where we tag images
