PXB Jenkins: Test failures are not reported and all jobs are shown as failed

It seems some jobs are failing because of this error:12:01:31 /tmp/results/PXB/percona-xtrabackup-8.0.35-32-Linux-x86_64-debian-bullseye-test/test/server/bin/mysql: error while loading shared libraries: libtinfo.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Test failures from worker jobs are NOT reported in test-param job.
UNSTABLE jobs are not shown Yellow
Infact, it is all red X marks.
