Even if pmm-client is passing the --compatible mode flag to get the old v1 metric names, we should come up with new metric names and implement the collection for when v1 is finally removed

When starting the mongodb_exporter, we are not collecting the metrics that are related to mongos like mongodb_mongos_sharding_balancer_enabled unless the exporter is run with --compatible-mode.
It is expected we collect these metrics regardless of the compatible-mode setting.
