Implement New Mongo Dashboards

Description

A few new dashboards have been created which should be implemented into the official release, perhaps as Experimental dashboards initially.  These include:

  • Collections Details

  • Collections Overview

  • Data Size

  • MongoDB Instances Compare

  • Oplog Details

  • Oplog Window

I think we're done with worked dashboards.

But after the call with Kimberly;

Panels on Data Size dashboard were moved to Collection Overview  and Data Size dashboard was removed.

Oplog Window panels were moved to  Oplog Details and Oplog Window dashboard was removed.

This ticket is duplicated to PMM9652, so closing this one in parallel to main ticket
