Improve Usability of Mongo Metrics in PMM

Considering consistency and user journey, Kimberly-Michael and Duygu created variables table. Requested changes:

  • Add filtering of dashboards by Environment, Cluster / Instance, Database, Replication Set, and Node Name as variable (please consider the order given the spreadsheet) to all those new dashboards

  • Remove Service Name

"All" option from cluster was removed. Removing "Service Name" plan in next release. This ticket is duplicated to https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PMM-9652#icft=PMM-9652.
