DBaaS: Cancel error when switching to DB Cluster tab too quickly

Steps to reproduce:

Register a K8s cluster in dbaas
Switch to DB cluster tab quickly before you get the cluster registered notification

Actual result:

Expected result:

No error

The cluster actually registers successfully it's just error in UI
