Add ability to proxysql_exporter to expose proxysql version

In the scope of this ticket we want to add metric to expose proxysql version via proxysql_exporter.

We can get proxysql version from the global variables (table global_variables{}, column admin-version) https://proxysql.com/Documentation/global-variables/admin-variables/#admin-version
