Allow to monitor PBM backup/restore on PMM.

Description

Current scenario:

Although in technical preview, it's currently possible to manage backup/restore within PMM over the new feature.

There is no active way to monitor the process or create visualizations.

Proposed feature:

On mongodb_exporter{}, implement PBM metrics collection(including PITR); Allowing to create backup/restore dashboards and monitoring.

PITR Implementation expectation:

1. PITR backup to be monitored in grafana and in prometheus, if pitr gets failed for any errors to able to get alerts for the same via alert manager.
2. If PITR runs for more than 30/45/60 minutes create a prometheus metrics and generate alert for the same via alert manager.

Backup alerting was released in 2.40 . We added a metric named pmm_managed_backups_artifacts with all data available in PMM, and it's can be used in future for better visualizations

Team, Any update on the monitoring of pitr backup metrics in latest mongo_exporter version. Do let us know on the development as we are waiting for long back.

We see latest update from percona that backup and PITR backup has been enabled as new feature in PMM. Also, we want to understand any metric for PITR has been added to current mongo exporter to monitor the PITR backup.
