DBaaS: Unsafe configuration warning for single PXC

Description

User impact:

We're showing warning message where it shouldn't be

Steps to reproduce:

Go to DBaaS; Create DB cluster page
Select Database Type: MongoDB
Select Topology: Single Node
Select Database Type: MySQL

Actual result:

Expected result:

Warning message should not be there for MySQL

Workaround:
