Interoperability PBM CLI <--> PMM Backups

The following scenario can be common and important for many users, in particular to those who have been forced to use PBM command line instead of PMM Backups due to limitations in PMM Backups (e.g. MongoDB sharded cluster backups not supported in PMM until PMM-9367 is implemented).

The request is the following:

• A transparent way to move from PBM CLI backups to PMM Backups and vice-versa.

The ultimate goal is the following:

• As soon as it will be technically possible, move from using PBM CLI to PMM Backups in the most transparent way.

• Limit the amount of manual work / needed changes on large MongoDB infrastructures while moving from PBM to PMM backups.

Regardless of possible feasibility and implementation at software level of this enhancement, it will be important to update the documentation:

• to mention that this is not possible - or, if it possible, from which version it is possible (and provide details and examples).
