* What should be done:
We need to automate updating API descriptors before RC cut. so it can be first step of RC cut.
* Benefit:
It will safe our time and speed up RC cut creation by removing extra manual step.
Suggested implementation:
run `make descriptors` and commit changes before RC cut in CI pipeline.
Details:
Currently we have to update API descriptors manually before RC cut, but it would be much easier and errorless if we could automate it.
