[DBaaS] Disable/hide internet facing option for minikube

Description

User story:

People are confused about what's the difference between Expose & Internet Facing check box. 

Acceptance criteria:

Disable/hide the internet facing option entirely when minikube is selected as a kubernetes cluster, as this option is only valid for EKS.

We currently cannot distinguish between EKS and minikube on the FE as the kubernetes cluster type isn't available. (Or storage class to intefer the type from there).

Easiest solution would be to expose the clusterType in the /v1/management/DBaaS/Kubernetes/Resources/Get endpoint.
