Database name is not included in this query

Description

Hello guys,

PMM is reporting an error:
```Database name is not included in this query. Explain could not be triggered without this info: Error 1046 (3D000): No database selected```, even though I have selected the Schema.

Do you have any solutions to this problem?

Thank you for the report.
Able to repeat the issue in PMM 2.38.1, However issue is not repeating in PMM 2.39, We suggest you to upgrade to PMM 2.39 to fix the issue.

Hi! we are seeing same issue on PMM ver 2.38.1 (pmm agent is also on same version. ). Source is slow-log and i also checked queries from slow-log file from mysql machine and all queries had "Schema" field filled. 

We are using Percona  Server mysql Ver 8.0.32-24.
