Could you please test this on the latest PMM and share a repeating test case? Since PMM 2.35 is pretty old, Chances are this issue might be fixed in later versions.

Hello Team,
The PostgresqlIsUp Alertmanager alert wasn't triggered because the PMM metric had an unexpected behaviour and went null rather than 0 (zero) when the server was down.
PMM version: 2.35
This issue of the metric going null supposedly was solved in version 2.27.0 (see: https://jira.percona.com/browse/PMM-9015).
Could you please check why PMM 2.35 metric went null rather than 0 (zero) ?? Please let us know which details you need for further troubleshooting?
