postgres_exporter does not report 0 when postgres is down.

Description

Hello Team,

The PostgresqlIsUp Alertmanager alert wasn't triggered because the PMM metric had an unexpected behaviour and went null rather than 0 (zero) when the server was down.

PMM version: 2.35

This issue of the metric going null supposedly was solved in version 2.27.0 (see: https://jira.percona.com/browse/PMM-9015).

Could you please check why PMM 2.35 metric went null rather than 0 (zero) ?? Please let us know which details you need for further troubleshooting?

Thanks.

Hi

Could you please test this on the latest PMM and share a repeating test case? Since PMM 2.35 is pretty old, Chances are this issue might be fixed in later versions.
