Create a PMM dashboard to monitor PMM components

Description

Implement a folder to monitor PMM components such as NGINX. 

 

For example, to monitor the number of worker connections and if it is close to the maximum:

2023/08/14 18:53:34 [alert] 30272#30272: 4096 worker_connections are not enough

That would allow us to create alarms to avoid this issue from happening.
