Add possibility to delete/terminate backup which is stuck

Sometime for some reasons backup creation cannot be finished and I think in this case we should provide user an option to delete such backup.
As you can see from the  screenshot I have a few backup which is in Progress and "Delete backup" button is not active for such backup
