Problem: 

Users of Percona Operators can get a DB monitored by PMM at some quality (probably some Node-related metrics are broken), but they have no visibility over K8s itself.

To address this, the Cloud team is working on a set of additional instructions for operator users to apply to their k8s and Prometheus/VM collecting metrics to send more robust data to PMM. 

With such instructions applied - PMM will provide basic K8s information. 

Current scope: Experimental dashboard for the k8s

UX: 

1. User deploys DB using Operator

2. The user applies operator-specific instructions to his K8s to provide robust data to PMM.

3. Users go to PMM and see data on K8s dashboards 

Proposed solution: 

• PMM/Operator provides instructions in Documentation/scripts. 

• Users go to PMM to K8s section to see dashboards related to k8s and operator in a separate folder.

For one release we'll keep this in experimental folder as dashboards will be reworked and aligned with PMM
