Metric grafana_custom_dashboards_pillar_combined returns incorrect value

Issue: telemetry collected incorrectly

Details:
I created 3 dashboards and  save 1 dashboard to MySQLfolder and the second dashboard to Postgres folder, and the third dashboard to General and then executed:

Actual result: 

Expected result:  something like: mysql - 1

postgresql - 1, general -1
