When there are many clusters, and each cluster has many backups, it is important to see the backups grouped by cluster, otherwise things can be too confusing.
Filtering (as proposed in PMM-12443) can help already, because one would at least be able to filter by cluster.
However grouping by cluster (in addition to filtering) can be useful in terms of visualization.
