[Cluster View - Search] FE is continuously searching for few search terms if a user changes input too quickly

User impact:
user experiences a glitch at Cluster View when the page is automatically searches for few search terms in a loop 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start PMM Server FB https://github.com/Percona-Lab/pmm-submodules/pull/3394

2. open Inventory -> Services and select cluster view mode

3. input some search term

4. try to change the search term few times (adding letters, remove some etc..)

Actual result:

• The page automatically searches for a few search terms in a loop  

Expected result:

•  no FE loops should be happening
