[Tech Preview] Patroni Dashboard

Description

Patroni is one of the main components of the PG Cluster. We already have some experimental dashboards. Let’s add it to strat tethering feedback before we do a native support

 

Out of scope:

Adding patroni exporter type into PMM

How to test

Test only dashboard presence and not broken PMM.
Patroni monitoring as an external service - ONLY if we’ll have time.

 

Augustin can check on FB, external exporter config needed

Checked with perconalab/pmm-server-fb:PR-3546-662584b docker image and it looks good, everything is working as it should, as far as I can see.
