Grafana 10 - Update Deprecated Graph (old) and Table(old) Plugins

Description

Grafana 10 Dashboards with Graph (old) and Table (old) Plugin is showing deprecation message and angular based plugin warning, But it does not show any warning under Plugins page.

How to Fix - Let Grafana auto upgrade the panels and plugins in latest version and check the difference and fix the issues found.

issues found -

  1. avg legend is changed to Mean and its not sorted by default.

Do we want to mention in RN, that with Grafana 12 (next year) the Angular support in plugins will be fully deprecated?

can we split this task to 2 tasks? One to hide warning and the second one for actual upgrade.

It seems like we can try to auto-migrate those plugins in v3 to reduce the effort.

Upgrade to new Timeseries Panel might take a lot of effort, would be good to have a list of panels affected. Plugins => Usage
