Incorrect description for the pmm_mysql_too_many_connections Alerting Rule

So this will either be 0 when it’s false, or 1 when it’s true (and triggering). However, the actual value of threads_connected will be lost by the fact that this is a boolean comparison, so we should change the text, probably to something like:
