[Ops] Fix pmm2-server-autobuild-el7 pipeline

Issue

We are seeing the https://pmm.cd.percona.com/job/pmm2-server-autobuild-el7 Jenkins pipeline fail with the following error:

 

Expected result

The pipelines passes

 

Actual result

The pipeline fails

 

Suggestions

Ideas or even code could be taken from this PR, since essentially it has the same root cause.

the issue appeared as all centos7 repos were moved to vault because of Centos7 EOL time.
What should be done - on all centos7 systems repos should be updated

Backup the existing repo file

Update the repo file using sed

Clear the yum cache

Update the system

Configure
