Unable to restore backups from a different MongoDB major version using PMM

Description

For Percona Backup MongoDB, the pbm cli obviously has no problems with restoring backups from e.g. version 4.4 to a cluster with version 5. Unfortunately, there seems to be a check in PMM that disallows this operation via the UI.

My suggestion would be to relax this check. I know it is not a supported scenario, but completely forbidding it seems overly restrictive to me.
