Check the variables on dashboard settings for exclusion
If its excluded at higher level, there are less changes that its excluded at individual panel queries

We added Postgres database for monitoring in https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PMM-12820 and now all Postgres dashboard should be changed to display metrics from Postgres database.
Remove exclusion of default PG database (postgres) from filters on dashboards.
