In https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PMM-12728 , we were able to collect some basic metrics related to PBM and PBM backups. Now that it is running, this separate epic is created to track work beyond the original scope of basic metrics. These extended metrics include:

Failed PBM Backup Alert
Missing MongoDB oplog slice
Backup is running for more than `threshold` amount of time
