There are some issues appear after PMM2-PMM3 migration

Description

  1. Sometime dashboards return 500 internal

  2. RDS instances are not monitored (no metrics )

  3. Inventory page shows that all services are failed

  4. Dump doesn’t work

Setup PMM 2 with alerts, RDS, etc.

  1. I don’t think it’s related to migration, can you check on fresh PMM 3 instance?
