Add current FCV to Cluster and replset summary dashboards

Description

Now that the mongodb_exporter is collecting the feature compatibility version , we should add a box to both replica set summary and cluster summary that shows the current FCV of the replica set/cluster.

For reference, the new metric looks like this:

The idea is to be able to see if there is a cluster that is not running the expected FCV. The FCV version needs to match the MongoDB version in normal operations, but after an upgrade it can be different for some time. It is expected that you run the cluster for some time without bumping the FCV until you are sure no downgrades are going to happen. But sometimes the user forgets to update the FCV after that.
