Failed checks panel not available to users with Editor role

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login as user with “Editor” role

  2. Navigate to home dashboard

Expected

I should be able to view failed advisors on the panel.

Actual

“Insufficient access permissions.” is shown.
