Down status for Mongos is not displayed on MongoDB Router

Description

  1. Add Mongodb cluster to PMM

  2. Stop MongoS

  3. Wait for a few minutes and then start MongoS again

  4. Open MongoDB Router dashboard

Actual result:

Expected result: there should be “Down“ status displayed instead of empty value
