Add tls-skip-verify for external services

Description

Hi,

When running:

We get the following error:

There is no option for -tls-skip-verify for external services. Pleas add that feature.

Currently this is blocking some PG operator work.

 

Option to add to:

  • HA proxy

  • External

  • External serverless

How to test

  • Run external exporter with TLS enabled configuration.

  • Add to pmm using pmm-admin add external --tls-skip-verify command

  • Check that metrics are collected.
