Some MongoDB graphs related to collections don't seem to get updated properly

Description

The following graphs in the dashboards MongoDB Sharded Cluster Summary and Collections don’t seem to get updated correctly and only show admin, config and system collections, even when other collections are taking more traffic:

Top Hottest Collections by Read

Top Hottest Collections by Write

All graphs are empty in the Collections dashboard (no data), with the exception of the very first graph (Top 5 Databases By Size)

Screenshots below:

My previous comment should say I have found another issue, not, I have another issue, but I can’t edit my comment.

I have another issue describing this same behavior, but I am not able to link it here: https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PMM-13635 so I’ll just add it as a comment.
