I think I fixed it, merged to .3 branch, please try out when you have time. There was missing timeout on connection to MongoDB server when listing databases.

Please don't close it. It is a bug, but I'm not sure if critical anymore since it only happens with bad replica setup. It looks like that some operation fails when it's unable to execute on bad replica setup and agent doesn't handle it correctly. There shouldn't be a timeout error, there could be an error that it's impossible to monitor such instance, but maybe we shouldn't error at all even if mongodb:queries can't work with current configuration.
