Adding "WHAT IF?" in the query analyzer

Description

Following my conversation, Michael  Coburn would be nice to add "what if?" option to the query analyzer.

For example, If I want to remove or add a new index, which queries are going to be affected, which queries are using that index for joining etc.....

Can spare a lot of dilemmas when considering index changes

Yes, of course. It seems to be a really nice feature for both, Toolkit & PMM.

- did you want to spend some time this week discussing this feature?

From Slack conversation with :

As a user, I want to know what queries will be impacted when I am looking to add or remove an index from a table. In a typical environment, a table is accessed directly and indirectly from joins. given QAN, we know what tables and columns are accessed and with EXPLAIN we can tell what indexes are used. Then, we'd want to say "ok, given index123, if I drop this, which queries are going to be impacted" ?
