Wrong Query Ratio for new Queries and installations

Hi,

I have this query which is new

It shows ratio of 378 queries/sec over last hour which is wrong as really
as this is query which is new

Same applies to this "new installation"

Selecting Last 5 minutes interval

Last 90 days

The proposed solution

1) We should show void not 0 when no data is available

2) We should compute the avg rate from the time the data was first
available (retained etc) to end interval
