Add support for Vitess metrics

Description

Vitess will be adding a Prometheus exporter for Vitess specific metrics, and that would be awesome to add. We're looking to package PMM by default with a helm install of Vitess into Kubernetes.

Thanks! It has been fun seeing the CNCF process.

I've already included PMM in the Vitess helm chart for Kubernetes, which works great to monitor all the individual MySQL instances. This ticket is about adding first class support for Vitess specific Prometheus metrics and some Grafana dashboards. Work on the Prometheus exporter is underway on the Vitess side, so there isn't anything to do yet, I'm just seeing if you would be open to the idea.

Hi , thanks for your feature request.  Can you help me understand what PMM can do in this case? It is unclear to me what you're looking for from the product.
