pt-mysql-summary and pt-summary returns info for first host defined

Description

  1. Install PMM

  2. Run a few MySQL instances on one host using pmm-framework, for example

  3. Enable MySQL monitoring for all instances

  4. Open MySQL Summary and select , for, example, second host from Host's list
    Result: MySQL summary returns info for the first host from the list

The same problem exists for pt-summary .
