Thank you for the report.
Issue look similar to https://jira.percona.com/browse/PMM-1947
Restarting monitoring service will cause this issue, where a reported query will execute twice per second.

When Query Example is enabled, mysql_exporter is querying performance_schema.events_statements_history multiple times a second:
Is this intended or getQueryExamples worker is been called more times than it should?
