Agent types have different format

Description

STR:

  1. Install PMM2 (201906182147)

  2. Add MySQL with performance schema and MySQL with slowlog

  3. Open QAN

Given result: there are 2 values for Agent type label: MySQL Performance Schema and can-mysql-slowlog-agent.
I think can-mysql-slowlog-agent should be displayed as MySQL Slow log

The same problem exists for MongoDB agent
