Annotations remain on graphs after deleting; must refresh

Description

When I delete an annotation on graph X, you see it delete immediately. But the annotation remains all other graphs on this page. You must refresh the page or navigate to another PMM page in order to see it disappear from all graphs.

This looks like Grafana Bug. So better be reported in https://github.com/grafana/grafana
