Esc does not work to exit kiosk mode

Description

Using the "cycle view" icon to change the display will take you through to kiosk mode. A notification appears advising that using Esc will exit kiosk mode, but it does not.

Workaround for those with access is to edit the URL to remove &kiosk

It looks like we broke it on our side, it's definitely not a grafana bug. I've tried version 6.4.1 from grafana repo and it works fine

The URL changes to append kiosk=tv for the first cycle and then replaces that with just kiosk .. it seems odd to mix like that, presuming that it is intended.
