User Story:

As a PMM User, I need to be able Discover and Add RDS Aurora instances on the AWS Discovery UI so that I can add them as Remote instances for monitoring

Use Cases:

1. During the Discovery process on AWS Discovery UI user need to be able to see RDS Aurora instances as well as other instances (RDS MySQL)

2. On Adding Remote instance User should be able to enter parameters or RDS Aurora instance and start monitoring it
