Extended Kubernetes-compatible PMM Client Docker image

See PMM-6633 for what we can and should do before this ticket.


The problem: 

Currently, the Docker image for pmm client is not able to start monitoring DB instance without additional command. This leads us to the need to run some command "inside" container. 
The solution needed is - to run the start of the docker and able to pass all needed parameters to start monitoring DB without any additional actions from the user side


Register services on start.

Environment variables names and behaviour TBD.

This is already possible and present in our operators. We modified our entrypoint: https://github.com/percona/pmm/blob/main/agent/cmd/pmm-agent-entrypoint/main.go
