fix chart "Rate of Scrapes" on "Prometheus Exporter Status" dashboard

Description

Deprecated metrics (mysql_exporter_hr_scrapes_total, mysql_exporter_mr_scrapes_total, mysql_exporter_lr_scrapes_total) have to be replaced by mysql_exporter_scrapes_total
