LVM volume is wrongly sized

Description

User Impact:
AMI image stop working in 1-3 days when all space (1Gb) taken and not expanded automatically

 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start PMM 2.2.0 AMI (ami-09ff4fe55800a29d9)

  2. Open AWS Console and check Volume for this instance

  3. ssh to the machine and check disks

Actual Result:

Additional info: I re-checked PMM2 on AWS Marketplace with the same result

I tested the latest AMI, which includes the fix, but I cannot test this PR (with fix for update), because I can check update only when the fix will be merged.
So it was decided to merge the latest fix ( for update) and then check update

Please test https://github.com/Percona-Lab/pmm-submodules/pull/619. Linked PR was approved, but not merged yet. After QA please move to Ready for Merge state and assign to me.

I think it will be nice to cover this issue by our tests e.g. we can check the output of the following command

and it should be more than 50G.
