Checked it, it is just how it implemented in grafana, navigation just wraps to the next line because it is too big to stay in one line. I actually cant's see any ways of changing it without significant changes in grafana layout. Not very likely that they are apply this changes, because it change layout for every user and it may not what somebody else expect to see. But anyway, if we want to try, we first need UI designer conclusion of how it may look like and work.
