As a PMM User, I need to be able to zoom in to smaller time period on Sparklines in QAN so that I can investigate spikes better
UX: The same as on another Grafana panel: I click on the graph, hold the mouse and can select a time interval. release the mouse reload the page with selected filters and chosen time interval
