Have better defaults for the mysql server

Description

Change the default my.cnf shipped in the PMM container:

  • set innodb_file_per_table=1 so we can cleanup if necessary

  • specify innodb_buffer_pool_size, innodb_log_file_size, sync_binlog, innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit

Thanks for the update... one comment:

we still use percona-server 5.5, because it is hard to create update and rollback procedure for current users.
anyway we are going to replace mysql by ClickHouse

We are using community edition, not PS:

Has PS been implemented in later versions? Also, any ETA on Clickhouse?

I created /etc/my.cnf.d/00-pmm.cnf file, so any file (except 000*.cnf) will rewrite 00-pmm.cnf settings.
