User impact:
User cannot see correct values of User CPU Time metric in QAN

STR:
Add Percona PG 11/12 with pg_stat_monitor to monitoring
Go to QAN and add column with "System CPU time" metric

Actual result:
N/A

Expected result:
User CPU time should return correct values
